For registrars

Final register, control numbers, sign-off.

How access works

Assigned per transaction

Registrar access is granted by the lead issuing house for each specific transaction. You are not signing up for a general account; you are being added to a specific issuance.

01

The issuing house configures your firm

The lead arranger selects your firm as registrar when setting up the transaction on Tranche. You receive a platform invitation once the transaction is live.

02

You access the post-allocation register

Once allocation is finalised by the secretariat, you see the complete register, subscriber names, amounts, and allotment scoped to your assigned transaction only.

03

You assign control numbers and sign off

Validate, assign control numbers, and record your formal digital sign-off. The action is permanently logged and included in the audit trail. Download your formatted report when complete.
