1. Agreement

By accessing Tranche you agree to these terms and any order form or data-processing agreement signed with your issuing house or platform operator.

2. The service

Tranche is a business-to-business platform for managing issuance subscriptions, payments, allocation, and related notices. It is not an investment advisory service, exchange, or retail marketplace.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and 2FA devices. Issuing houses control user provisioning for their organisation, reference companies, and registrars.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attempt unauthorised access, upload malware, falsify payment evidence, or use the platform in violation of SEC rules or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that pose security or compliance risk.

5. Data & privacy

Our privacy policy explains personal-data handling. Issuing houses remain controllers for investor data processed on their transactions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in your enterprise agreement. Operational decisions on allocation and payment verification remain the responsibility of the issuing house.
