Tranche provides a software platform for Nigerian capital-markets issuance operations. This policy describes how we process personal data when you use our website or platform.

2. Data we collect

Depending on your role, we may process identity and contact details, KYC documents, bank account information for refunds and payouts, subscription and payment records, device and session logs, and communications with support.

3. How we use data

We use data to operate the platform, verify payments, generate regulatory and investor documents, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. Transactional emails (subscription confirmations, notices) cannot be disabled while you use the service.

4. Legal basis (NDPA)

Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests of issuing houses and investors in completing regulated issuances, and compliance with applicable law. Where consent is required, we collect it separately.

5. Sharing

We share data with subprocessors that provide hosting, email delivery, payment gateways, and document generation under data-processing terms. Issuing houses control which reference companies and registrars see investor data scoped to their transactions.

6. Retention & rights

We retain records according to regulatory and contractual requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal holds. Contact our team or use in-app privacy tools when available.
